Free to move or cancel any time up to 24 hours before. The link's in your confirmation email.
No-shows
We hold your spot for 15 minutes. Miss twice without telling us and we'll ask for a deposit next time.

Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and allow ten extra minutes for a quick consult. See before & after care for the full rundown.
Allergies
Booking a lash or brow treatment? We'll ask about allergies and past reactions — someone reads every answer, and we'll be in touch beforehand if a patch test is worth doing.
